Dr. Alexander brings 20+ years of experience in P&L leadership, operations, manufacturing, and employee development to every client engagement. The Firm's vision includes:

Professional Development

In 2022, Lisa Alexander joined the firm and leads professional development and personnel training efforts. With 20+ years of professional experience in training (design and delivery) and personnel development (Gallup based I/O assesements and coaching), Mrs. Alexander is capable and willing to leverage strengths in interpersonal communications (writing and verbal) and analytics to help clients devise clear and meaningful pathways for themselves and their respective employee base.
